CONDITIONS Rates for Two: April 16th to December 15th (Summer)...$130.00/night + tax. December 16th to April 15th (Winter)...$145.00/night + tax. 11.42% Transient Accommodation Tax 4 Night Minimum Stay - Check in at 2:00pm, Check out at 11:00am Deposit: A 50% deposit is required within 10 days from the date of booking. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Mastercard, Travelers Checks, Personal Checks or Cash are accepted. Refunds: Cancellation made 30 days or more, prior to scheduled stay, receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. The deposit is forfeited if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, unless the rental dates can be rebooked and then a $25 cancellation fee would be applied.
